Article 1. Purpose
These General Terms of Sale (the “Terms of Sale”) govern the contractual relationship between VSBG, publisher of the AquaGymFit Virtual Coach application, and any natural or legal person (hereinafter the “Customer”) subscribing to a subscription or a service offered via the aquagymfit.com website.
Article 2. Offers and Pricing
2.1 Coach Offer (aquafitness instructors)
Monthly subscription at 24 € incl. VAT / month, with no commitment, giving access to the web and mobile application and to all the features described on the Instructor page.
2.2 Pro Pool Offer (aquatic centers)
Pricing on a quote basis, depending on the number of coaches equipped, the volume of sessions and the level of support. See the Pro Pool Offer page for details.
2.3 Academy Offer (training centers)
1-year free trial, then 260 € excl. VAT / year, priced per center (not per student). See the Aquafitness Training page.
Article 3. Trial Period
The Coach Offer includes a free 7-day trial period. No payment is automatically charged at the end of this period — activating the subscription requires an explicit action by the Customer.
Article 4. Payment Terms
Payments are made by bank card through a secure payment provider. Subscriptions are charged automatically on the anniversary date of the subscription until cancellation.
Article 5. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days in which to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in the event of an express waiver in the context of a digital service fully used during that period.
Article 6. Cancellation
Subscriptions are commitment-free and may be canceled at any time from the Customer's personal account area or by e-mail to contact@aquagymfit.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period already paid for.

Customer support can be reached at contact@aquagymfit.com with a guaranteed response within 24 business hours.
Article 8. Personal Data
The data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Article 9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, after an attempt at amicable resolution.
