13 years structuring a discipline.
AquaGymFit was born in the field — not from a PowerPoint. For over 13 years, its founder ran the Vayaform center in Montpellier, in a highly competitive area (11 facilities within a 7 km radius).
His conviction: "in any serious discipline, every session must be based on a clear, reproducible, and effective structure". This approach, forged through over 15,000 hours of classes and a background as a former elite athlete, is now available for the entire profession.
AquaGymFit is this method made accessible: the first professional teaching standard designed exclusively for aquafitness.
